ULR Fundraiser: Bite Some Bacon and Give Back What Harvey has Taken

Hurricane Harvey has packed up its bags and left Houston, but the devastation left to the city has been overwhelming. As you know, Harvey destroyed homes, furniture, clothes, personal belongings and so much more. However, what Harvey didn’t take was our spirit, courage and love. Over the last week, Houstonians have demonstrated their strength community and their resolve to overcome in the face of adversity. The citizens of Houston have inspired us. We have decided to team up with Boomtown Coffee, Tradition Title and Republic State Mortgage and GoFundMe to help our community reunite and become stronger together.

We would like to invite everyone to join your neighbors and the greater Houston community for a pancake brunch on Sunday, September 17 from 9AM to 1PM. We will we be serving unlimited pancakes, bacon and Boomtown coffee to all those that purchase tickets. All proceeds will go to victims of hurricane Harvey. Instead of donating to a larger organization, ULR will be donating all funds directly to Hurricane victims. ULR will sponsor at least one family affected by the hurricane to help them purchase new household items and furniture as they begin to rebuild. (Help us have an incredible turnout so we can sponsor more than one!) . Do you know a family in need? Send us an email to [email protected] and tell us about them. We will announce the family we will be sponsoring on Tuesday September 12.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and you can purchase your tickets below. Can’t attend the brunch? Use the link below to send your donation!
