This past Friday, the ULR team enjoyed crawfish, pizza and Marty’s homemade salsa…what a combination! The master chef was Coby Gawlik of Cajuns & Cowboys. Seasoned to perfection, the crew ate 50 (possibly more) pounds of mudbugs. It was the ultimate tailgate party complete with Bean Bag Toss and Dos XX going around all afternoon. However the party didn’t really start till the gang was also reunited with our ULR friends from Dallas. We mingled and bonded over our mutual love of food and each other, and we couldn’t have had a better time.
