DEEP ELLUM LUXURY LIVING
These modern apartments built in 2015 just off of Ross Avenue offer an excellent walkable location to the east of Highway 75. The neighborhood is already walkable and continues to add new coffee shops and restaurants. From this location residents have a 5-10 minute drive into downtown Dallas.
Along with all the usual modern apartment finishes of stainless appliances, pendant lighting, and quartz countertops, these apartments have concrete floors and some amazing community amenities. The game room is huge, with pool table and large format flat screen tvs opening to a resort style pool in the middle of the property.
