1. DINOSAUR ADVENTURE DRIVE-THRU
Pinnacle Production Group has transformed the Pasadena Convention Center & Fairgrounds into a prehistoric adventure featuring 80 life-sized dinosaurs. Guests will witness this all from the comfort and safety of their vehicles. In addition, guests will have the option to follow along on a guided audio tour, take a free adventure photo, meet the newest baby dinosaurs, and eat delicious fair food.

2. MOONSTRUCK DRIVE-IN CINEMA AT EAST RIVER
Moonstruck Drive-In Cinema at East River provides a contactless cinema experience under the stars on the site of Midway’s 150-acre East River development. Feature film will be projected on a 40-foot by 80-foot structure made of shipping containers and audio will be broadcast through an FM transmitter to car stereos. Food and beverages will be available for contactless purchase from local food trucks and Historic Fifth Ward and East End establishments.

3. HOPS ‘N’ HOT SAUCE FESTIVAL
The 5th Annual Hops ‘n’ Hot Sauce Festival will feature a Hot Pepper Eating Contest and Pizza de Muerte with Mikey Vee, along with a DJ, live entertainment, food trucks, and a free kids play area. Vendor booths have been spaced out to ensure social distancing is possible while sampling. Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the festival and mask are encouraged while not sampling. Silent auction proceeds will benefit Addi’s Faith Foundation, which helps fund childhood cancer research.

HEALTHY CHUNKY MONKEY OATMEAL BARS
New Year new me? If you’re taking 2021 to be your year to get healthy this yummy oatmeal bar recipe is a great way to satisfy that chocolate craving without going overboard!
INGREDIENTS

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats or for gluten free option, use gluten free rolled oats

1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter

2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1-3 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar or sugar of choice
- 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
- 1/4 cup chocolate chunks or chips of choice
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

In a med-large mixing bowl, mix together the oats, mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and walnuts until fully incorporated.

Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread out on an even layer.
- Top with chocolate chunks or chips, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
