Watch as more than 250 rolling works of art turn concrete into a colorful canvas to celebrate the artist in everyone! Mobile masterpieces motor down in and near downtown in the world’s oldest and largest Art Car Parade, in mid April. The entire weekend is full of events so there is something for everyone!

2.7th ANNUAL HOUSTON BARBECUE FESTIVAL

Come out to the 7th Annual Houston Barbecue Festival to recognize and celebrate the best of Houston barbecue and those who make it!

3.GALVESTON ISLAND WINE FESTIVAL

The Galveston Island Wine Festival is for all wine and fine food lovers. It includes the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Dinner, Premium Wine Tasting, and Grand Tasting. A portion of the proceeds benefit Galveston College Culinary Arts, Alvin Community College Culinary Arts, and The Galveston County Resource and Crisis Center.
