Reigning since 2009, FPSF is one of the most anticipated music festivals Houston has to offer. There will be more than 55 bands playing all day, unique but delicious food trucks and attractions all throughout the park!
2. AIA SANDCASTLE COMPETITION

3. PRIDE HOUSTON FESTIVAL AND PARADE

Celebrate the diversity and individualism of people from every race, gender and age. The second biggest parade in this great city, Pride Houston offers something for everyone! Exhibitors, artist, variety of music and so much more is packed into this week long festival.
AGENT OF THE MONTH: AVI SHELEG
We would like to award Agent of the Month to *drumroll please* Avi Sheleg! *crowd goes wild*
Houstonian since 2014, Avi would have to say that his favorite part of this city is Montrose. Authentic, diverse and right in the middle of everything, there is not a reason not to love this part of Houston.
Hustling since he was 6 years old, Avi has always seen a future in sales and marketing. With a mentality of being the best version of himself, he sets out to win with everything he does. Focus is the most important factor in this game, and he locks it down with getting to know his clients. And boy do they love Avi! High end apartments are his forte and believes that he has created something he can work with to make things easier for his clients.
During his free time, Avi likes to do Jiu Jitsu. How cool! He also enjoys reading, watching movies and making conversation with people from all around the globe.

BACKYARD SHENANIGANS
Summer is here which calls for outdoor outings. With July 4th right around the corner, and various weekends of BBQs, birthday parties and just hanging out with loved ones, spending your summer days outside is a must. So here are some cheap, easy ways to add some flare to your stomping ground:
Wrap/drape lights in tree branches: Create a magical ambiance!
DIY Stepping Stones: Knickknacks,bottle caps, you can imprint leaves or handprints, you can even use pillow cushions! Anything goes!
Create Your Own Seating: you can use pallets, bricks, stones or old tires.
Add some shade: If you don’t have a covered patio, create your own with curtains! Hang some at the end of your house and connect it to a tree or a pole.
